Construction

Construction can be a rewarding industry to work in, however tight contracts, long hours, time away from loved-ones and financial issues can have an adverse effect on wellbeing. Statistics show that men working in construction are three times more likely to die by suicide than the male national average. Talking about difficulties and adverse life events at an early stage can ensure that poor mental health does not escalate.
