Aviation

Born in response to the German Wings incident in 2015, aviation peer support programmes are now a regulatory requirement in Europe, and an invaluable addition to your organisational safety structure. The Talk to a Peer programme allows a uniquely collaborative approach, bringing together trained peers and mental health professionals.  The external nature of the programme ensures that it sits outside of your organisational management, allowing for impartiality and trust.
