Aviation can be a very lonely place for many of it’s employees. Extended time away from loved ones, different people each time you go to work and being isolated in hotels in strange places can all lead to a lack of connection with others.
As #mentalhealthawarenessweek2022 draws to a close it’s important that we continue to recognise the effects of loneliness in ourselves and each other.
